2017 (RS Senior): Hogan saw his role at WKU evolve into a unique one, starting five games behind the plate and two at designated hitter, while making a pair of relief appearances ... Was the lone Hilltopper reserve to hit .300 (6-of-20) for the season, which included a multi-hit game at Vanderbilt on March 14, also knocking in a run ... He completed innings on the mound vs. Charlotte (April 14) and Austin Peay (April 19), ending one on a double play by Conference USA's leading hitter, TJ Nichting, and the other on a backwards K.
2016 (RS Junior): Hogan played in 13 games for WKU, primarily as a relief catcher ... He drew a pair of walks and smacked a single at No. 17 Florida Atlantic in his nine total at-bats on the year, while also scoring a run as a pinch-runner against South Alabama ... Hogan reached base in a game against Marshall and in Game 1 of the doubleheader against Albany.
2015 (RS Sophomore): Hogan made 10 starts and 16 overall appearances as WKU’s No. 2 catcher ... He had the first two-hit game of his career against Ohio State and had another two-hit outing against No. 16 Rice on April 24 ... Hogan caught six runners trying to steal behind the plate, including two at No. 13 Mississippi State on March 10 ... He finished his season with a .161 batting average and three RBI.
2014 (RS Freshman): Hogan played in four games in 2014, earning time against UNC Asheville, Georgia, Lipscomb and Belmont ... In his first-career at-bat, Hogan lined an RBI single into left field against UNC Asheville on Feb. 23 ... He finished the season 1-of-4 at the plate with an RBI.
2013 (Freshman): Hogan redshirted during his first season on the Hill.
At Naperville North HS: Played his high school baseball as a catcher at Naperville North High School in Naperville, Ill., while joining the Illinois Redbirds during the summer ... Lettered three years with Naperville, starting all three years.
