2017 (Freshman): Zuberer joined fellow freshman Kevin Lambert as rookies to start in the WKU infield on Opening Day ... Started the first 8 games of the season at second base, slashing .250/.348/.400 with a solo homerun Feb. 18 vs. Valparaiso ... His long ball was 1-of-3 on the day for the Hilltoppers, and the first for a true freshman since a Kaleb Duckworth solo shot vs. UAB on March 28, 2015 ... Saw time as a reserve for the final 3 months of the season, at second and third base.
At Owensboro Catholic HS: Was a 3-sport star, lettering in baseball, basketball and football ... Hit .480 on the diamond, amassed over 1,000 points and rebounds on the court, and threw 110 touchdown passes on the gridiron ... Was a co-recipient of the 2016 Wallace "Wah Wah" Jones Award for best multi-sport athlete in the state ...
