Also grabbed 4.4 rebounds per game, good for third on the team... Finished 10th in the conference in scoring... Ranked sixth in the conference in three-pointers per game (2.4)... Was named to the All-Sun Belt Conference Second Team after being a preseason third-team selection for the second-straight season... Scored in double-figures in 25 of 30 games played and had 20-plus points seven times... Led WKU in scoring a team-high 13 times... Had 16 games with at least three three-pointers... Finished fourth in the league in three-point field goals per game... Also led the team in three-point percentage at 35.8 percent (81-for-226) and minutes per game (33.0)... Scored 502 points for the seventh-highest-scoring sophomore season in WKU history... Recorded the 39th 500-point season in WKU history... Was named to the All-Sun Belt Conference Second Team after being a preseason third-team selection... Was named the Most Outstanding Player of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament after averaging 18.0 points per game in tournament contests and shooting 43.9 percent from the floor... Scored in double-figures in 26 of 33 games played and had 20 or more points 10 times... Scored a career-best 26 points on 10-of-15 shooting against Western Carolina and had four three-pointers (Nov. 17)... Led WKU with 16 points against Iowa and also swiped three steals (Nov. 20)... Powered the Hilltoppers to victory at ULM by scoring a career-high 30 points on 10-of-19 shooting in 39 minutes of action, becoming the first Hilltopper to score 30 points in a game since Steffphon Pettigrew had 31 against Florida Atlantic on January 15, 2011 (Nov. 29)... Had first-career double-double at Troy, pouring in 23 points on 9-of-16 shooting and grabbing a career-high 11 rebounds (Dec. 1)... FRESHMAN (2011-12): Appeared in 30 games as a freshman in 2011-12 and made 20 starts, and ended the season second on the team with an average of 27.9 minutes played per contest... Contributed 9.0 points and 4.3 rebounds per game... Rebound total was good for third on the team... Converted three-pointers at a .356 clip (52-of-146)... Scored 270 total points, the ninth-most by a freshman in a season in WKU history... Had 11 double-figure scoring games... Scored career-high 21 points in breakout game against top-seeded Kentucky in second round of NCAA Tournament in Louisville, Ky... Exploded for 17 points and hit four three-pointers in debut in the red and white against VCU, logging a team-high 32 minutes in that game (Nov. 20)... Had three assists against Murray State (Dec. 1)... Scored 19 points off the bench at IUPUI, making three three-pointers and four free throws, to go along with three assists (Dec. 10)... Played a career-high 38 minutes against Furman and had four assists and four rebounds (Dec. 17)... Had seven assists compared to just one turnover at ULM in a game played approximately 275 miles from hometown of Slidell, La., becoming the first Hilltopper to have seven assists in the freshman campaign since Jamal Crook had seven against South Alabama on February 18, 2010 (Dec. 29)... Grabbed seven rebounds against FIU (Dec. 31)... Grabbed a career-best eight rebounds at North Texas (Jan. 12)... Led WKU with 12 points in 32 minutes off the bench at Denver, shooting 5-for-9 from the field and adding six rebounds and three assists (Jan. 15)... Had 11 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals in 31 minutes at FIU (Jan. 28)... Recorded third-straight double-figure scoring game at Middle Tennessee, pouring in 14 points on 4-of-11 shooting and adding seven rebounds and three assists... Ripped off 17 points at Troy, thanks in part to four three-pointers (Feb. 11)... Made the game-winning three-pointer with two seconds left against Arkansas State (Feb. 23)... Ripped off 13 points and had seven rebounds against Middle Tennessee (Feb. 25)... Blocked three shots in win over Denver in Sun Belt Conference Tournament semifinals.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played high school basketball at Salmen High School in Slidell, La... Was named the Louisiana Class 4A Player of the Year after senior season of 2010-11... Helped Salmen High School to the number-two ranking in the state and the semifinals of the Class 4A state tournament by averaging 17.6 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game as a senior... Salmen High School finished the 2010-11 season with a 32-4 record... Member of the Spartans' Louisiana Class 4A state championship teams as a sophomore in 2009 and a junior in 2010... Earned both District 9 Player of the Year and all-state recognition after junior and senior campaigns... Also a standout football defensive end... Signed with WKU during the regular signing period.
MISCELLANEOUS: Majoring in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis on business... Selected WKU over offers from Louisiana Tech, LSU and Tulane and had interest from others.
