2016-17 (Junior) - (Academic Honors): WKU President's List, Fall 2017. NCAA East Preliminary Qualifier.
(Indoor): Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that stopped the clock at 3:56.27 to place second at the Gene Edmonds Open... Leaned over the finish line at 7.81 in the 60-meter dash at the Indiana Relays to place ninth... At the C-USA Championships in Birmingham, Alabama, Valentine finished 24th in the 400-meter dash (57.84) and 11th in the 200-meter dash, while running the 4x400m relay as well to place seventh (3:50.30.). Outdoor): Placed first at the Austin Peay Invitational in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.56... Clocked a 23.51 in the 200-meter dash at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational, placing first... Set two personal records at the C-USA Championships in El Paso, Texas, tallying an 11.52 in the 100-meter dash (2nd) and a 23.25 in the 200-meter dash (3rd)... Also was on the 4x100m relay team that placed second with a time of 45.04 and the 4x400m relay squad that finished third (3:39.02)... Crossed the finish line at 12.68 in the 100-meter dash at East Preliminaries to finish 46th.
2015-16 (Sophomore): NCAA East Preliminary Qualifier.
(Indoor): Finished a season-best ninth at the Gene Edmonds Invitational in the 600-meter dash (1:45.25)... Was on the 4x400m relay team that posted a 3:46.00 at the Vanderbilt Invitational to place third... At the C-USA Championships in Birmingham, Alabama, Valentine took third in the 200-meter dash (24.05) and 11th in the 400-meter dash (56.42), while running the first leg of the 4x400m relay that placed fourth (3:45.36).
(Outdoor): At the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invitational, Valentine and co. earned the 4x100m relay crown with a time of 45.59... Placed sixth in both of the 100- and 200-meter events at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational... Was a part of the 4x100- and 4x400-meter relay squads that took first place at the C-USA Championships in Murfreesboro, Tennessee... Individually at the C-USA Championships, Valentine placed 22nd in the 100-meter dash (12.08) and third in the 200-meter dash (23.70)... Turned in a 23.93 in the 200-meter dash at the East Preliminaries to place 34th, and was a part of the 4x100m relay that took 16th with a time of 44.98).
HIGH SCHOOL: Starred in both Track and Field and Basketball at Markham District High School in Toronto, Ontario ... Was named the 2012 Athlete of the Year ... Earned team MVP honors in Track and Field ... Earned a third-place finish at OFSAA in the 200m with a time of 24.26 in 2012 ... Competed at the 2012 International Track and Field games and finished in first place in the 200 meter with a time of 24.44 ... Was a Four-year letter winner in basketball.
