- Gage Doyle shot a 73 (+3) in the second round, putting him in a tie for 22nd place with a 2-over score for the tournament.
- Colton Woosley moved up 14 spots in the standings with a 70 (E) in the second round. He's now tied for 26th place with a 3-over score.
- Trevor Drew and Ethan Smith are tied for 32nd place with a 4-over score for the tournament. Drew carded a 73 (+3) in the second round and Smith posted a 75 (+5).
- Will Easterlin shot a 74 (+4) in the second round, bringing his total score to 6-over and putting him in a tie for 43rd place.

"Rafe has been fantastic all week," said head coach Austin King. "He's worked incredibly hard and matured and he's really starting to see the benefits of it. He's earned where he's at this week and I'm excited to see him compete again tomorrow on top of the leaderboard. Everyone else is hitting plenty of good shots to go score well, we just need to manage things better tomorrow. We've got a great opportunity in front of us, and I know they've got it in them to chase down the teams down in front of us so we can keep this solid start to the fall going."
