DALLAS – WKU Baseball's Lane Arroyos has been named First Team All-Conference USA, the league office announced on Tuesday.
Votes were compiled from the league's 12 head coaches, respectively.
Arroyos, a junior from Katy, Texas joined the Hilltopper Baseball Program in 2026 and has been an offensive force for WKU and around the league.
The first baseman put together an impressive offensive stat line with a .366 batting average, a .474 on-base percentage, and a .596 slugging percentage. The junior has logged 75 hits and has knocked in 52 RBIs. 24 of his 75 hits are doubles. His 24 doubles in 2026 matches a single season program record, tying Chris Turner (1991) and Wade Gaynor (2008).
The junior has logged multi-hit games in 27 of his 52 games played. He has two four-hit games; going 4-for-5 with two RBIs and two runs in WKU's 13-0 seven inning win over EKU on April 21 and went 4-for-5 with two runs, a double, and an RBI in an 11-0 seven inning win at MTSU on May 2. He has scored two or more runs 12 times in 2026 including a four-run game against Indiana on Feb. 28.
Arroyos leads the league in batting average and doubles, is second in on-base percentage and OPS, third in hits, and fourth in RBIs. Arroyos is currently fourth in the nation in doubles.
Arroyos and the #6 Hilltoppers open the Conference USA Tournament against #9 Middle Tennessee on Wednesday, May 20. First pitch from Mickey Dunn Stadium in Kennesaw, Ga. is set for 12:30 p.m. CT.
