- Sunday is Kid's Day Sunday where kids can run the bases postgame and get autographs from the team.
- Sunday's game will also be Big Red's Rascals Kids Club Day where parents of members can receive discounted tickets.

ABOUT THE TOPS
- The Hilltoppers enter the matchup with a 22-20 record and a 7-11 mark in CUSA play.
- The Hilltoppers swept a pair of midweek matchups, Tuesday winning 13-0 (7) at EKU and Wednesday defeating Austin Peay at home 6-4.
- Wednesday, Cael Frost led the Hilltopper offense and matched his career high of three hits. Frost added two RBIs with one being the go-ahead run.
- The Hilltopper pitching staff recorded a season high 17 strikeouts in the win. That marked the most in a game since they fanned 21 in a 4-3 win over Illinois State on February 14, 2025.
- As a team WKU is currently hitting at a .283 clip with 271 runs on 397 hits with 245 of those runs being RBIs.
- Lane Arroyos is the current offensive leader with a slash line of .373/.487/.621 with 57 hits and 43 RBIs.Â
- Arroyos currently has 18 doubles which is top in CUSA and No. 6 in the country.
- For Arroyos, his on base percentage of .487 leads CUSA and is in the top-75 nationally.
- Hayden Robbins and Austin Haller are also posting above a .300 average.
- Robbins is currently at .351 with 27 hits and 15 RBIs in 77 plate appearances.
- Haller is currently at a .301 average with 43 hits, 29 runs, and 17 RBIs. His 43 hits are the second most on the team.
- The Hilltopper offense had notched 94 doubles this season which is first in CUSA and No. 9 in the nation.
- The WKU pitching staff holds a 5.36 ERA, allowing 244 runs (219 earned) on 392 hits.
- The Hilltopper staff has 376 strikeouts and 149 walks in 2026.
- The Hilltoppers post a 2.52 strikeout to walk ratio which is second in the league and No. 28 in NCAA DI this season.
SERIES HISTORY
- The Hilltoppers and Owls have played four times in their histories. The series is even at 2-2.
- Friday will mark the first ever meeting between WKU and Kennesaw State in Bowling Green.
- The two have met once in the regular season in a three game series in Kennesaw last March. The Owls took two of three in the series.
- The largest margin of victory in the series came in the last meeting between the two programs in the 2025 Conference USA Tournament.
- WKU won the matchup, 10-2 in route to their first ever CUSA Tournament Championship.
- The 2026 edition of the tournament will be held at the newly constructed home of the Owls, Mickey Dunn Stadium which has a capacity of 1,864.

- Kennesaw State enters the matchup just below .500 at 18-19. The Owls played at West Georgia on Tuesday and won in a 3-2 decision. In their last CUSA series, the Owls dropped 2-of-3 to LA Tech at home.
- The Owls are hitting at a .268 average with 207 runs on 329 hits. 194 of their 207 runs are RBIs.
- Cooper Williams is leading the offensive effort with a .333 average, 48 hits, 30 runs, and 27 RBIs.
- Kennesaw State's pitching staff posts a combined 6.22 earned run average, allowing 248 runs on 355 hits. 218 of those runs are earned. The staff has recorded 287 strikeouts compared to 174 walks.Â
- Daniel Powell posts a 2.93 ERA, allowing 14 runs on 28 hits with 44 strikeouts in 44.0 innings of work. Powell has a 5-2 win-loss record in 2026.
