IU 7, WKU 3
- Indiana opened scoring off a three-run homer to right field in the top of the first inning
- The Hoosiers added to the lead in the top of the third to go ahead 4-0
- WKU got on the board in the third as Camden Ross drew a bases-load walk to plate Cael Frost with two outs in the frame, making it a 4-1 game
- The following inning, Austin Haller and Reid Howard initiated a successful double steal and Frost tapped one to the third baseman for an RBI groundout to score Howard and cut the deficit to 4-2
- IU responded with a pair of runs in the top sixth to extend its lead to 6-2
- A solo homer by the Hoosiers in the top eighth extended the IU lead to five, 7-2, entering the bottom of the frame
- Daniel Stewart blasted a solo homer over the left field wall to cut the deficit to four, 7-3, in the bottom of the eighth
- After three quick outs in the top ninth, Kyle Hayes singled to left in the bottom of the frame with one out before a strikeout and groundout ended the Hilltoppers' hopes for a late rallyÂ
- With Sunday's loss, WKU closes out its four-game series with Indiana charting a 2-2 split and moves to 7-6 overall

- WKU utilized seven pitchers in the contest, with Kaʻolu Holt delivering two scoreless innings in relief
- Freshman Bowling Green native Ethan Reynolds laced a single into center field in the bottom of the sixth with one on and one out, marking his first collegiate hit and first hit as a Hilltopper
- WKU matched Indiana with nine hits on the day, stranding a total of 11 runners on base to IU's 10
- Lane Arroyos, JP Acosta and Hayes all accounted for a pair of hits on the day
- Ross, Frost and Stewart all finished with one RBI
- Stewart's eighth inning solo homer marks his second of the season
