BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Kentucky Music Educators Association Kentucky Marching Band Championship is coming to Houchens-Smith Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 25.
WKU will be the host of the 2025 Class 5A Semifinals and the 2025 Finals.
The cost of the Class 5A Semifinals tickets are $15, and the tickets are general admission and not assigned. Class 5A Semifinals tickets can be purchased through the WKU Athletics Ticket Office HERE. They are available for purchase online only. If you require a handicap accessible seat ticket, please call the WKU Ticket Office 1-800-5-BIGRED. Children age 6 and under may be admitted to the semifinals at no cost.
Finals tickets are sold through the WKU Athletics Ticket Office and can be purchased HERE. Finals tickets are reserved seating starting at $25 for regular seating, $30 for preferred seating and $35 for premium seating. Children age 6 and under who will be held by a seat-holder may be admitted at no cost. Because Finals seating is reserved, a ticket must be purchased for children who need their own seat.

High school bands that attended two KMEA sanctioned local contests became eligible to compete in the Regional Quarterfinals of the State Contest on Saturday, Oct. 18. The top six bands from each Regional Quarterfinals site advanced to State Semifinals on Saturday, Oct. 25. Semifinals will be held at five separate sites. Six Finalist bands will be chosen from each classification.
