As college athletics and event management continue to evolve, WKU Athletics is committed to creating a more streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly gameday experience for all Hilltopper fans and supporters. As part of that commitment, WKU will begin transitioning toward digital parking passes for ALL athletic events beginning with the 2026 football season.
Digital parking has quickly become the industry standard across universities and athletic programs nationwide. By moving away from printed parking passes and hangtags, we will be able to provide a more convenient and flexible experience while also improving parking operations, traffic flow, and account management for fans.
The transition is designed with ease of use in mind. Digital parking passes allow supporters to access and manage parking directly from their mobile devices. Passes can be transferred electronically, updated more efficiently, and accessed quickly upon arrival on gameday.
We understand this change may present concern or challenges for some, but our goal is to implement this transition thoughtfully while continuing to support fans every step of the way. WKU Athletics will provide clear instructions, assistance, and resources to ensure the process is as smooth and accessible as possible for all supporters.
Ultimately, this move represents a modern, streamlined approach that aligns WKU with best practices across collegiate athletics and improves convenience and efficiency for our fans.
