BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Baseball dropped game two of the series against Sam Houston 10-0 on Saturday at Don Sanders Field. The Hilltoppers drop to 24-12 (7-4 CUSA) while the Bearkats improve to 21-14 (4-7 CUSA). The Sam Houston win sets up a series-deciding finale tomorrow afternoon.
The Bearkats plated runs in every inning besides the third and the fifth frames to reach the 10-run rule to end the game in the seventh inning.
Redshirt junior Cole Heath was the most effective arm out of the bullpen for WKU, striking out two batters in 2.1 frames while only conceding one run on three hits.
The Hilltoppers notched just one hit in the contest with a single to right field from junior Kyle Hayes.

The Hilltoppers and Bearkats will conclude their series tomorrow afternoon at Don Sanders Stadium. First pitch is set for 1 p.m. CT.
