Senior Catie Craig, playing in her 99 th career round for WKU, fired an even-par 70 on Saturday and moved up the leaderboard nearly 20 spots. Averi Cline fired a 2-over 72 during the second round while Sydney Hackett improved by three shots with a 3-over 73.
NOTABLES
- Dwyer fired her third career round of even par, matching Friday's 70. She started her round with eight pars before a birdie at No. 9. After five straight pars to open the back nine, she bogeyed No. 15, birdied No. 16 and bogeyed No. 18.
- Dwyer has played the Par 4s at 3-under through 36 holes, tied for the best in the 78-player field. Her 26 pars through 36 holes are tied for third-best in the field.
- Craig, like Dwyer, had two birdies and two bogeys on Saturday.
- As a team, the Lady Tops lead the field with 120 pars through two rounds. WKU had just six birdies Saturday – with Cline and Hackett each adding one.
