DALLAS, Texas – WKU men's golf senior Stephen Warren earned his first career Conference USA Golfer of the Week honor on Wednesday.
Warren closed out the fall slate with his third Top-10 finish, posting a ninth-place mark. He led the Hilltoppers to a fifth-place finish at the Furman Intercollegiate, thanks to his 4-under 209. He tournament was highlighted by a second-round 66, good for a round of 5-under.
Warren and the Hilltoppers will look to carry momentum into the spring, which begins on February 16 at the Mesquite Desert Classic in Nevada.
