- The Lady Toppers' last time out was a 3-0 victory against Middle Tennessee to open CUSA play. Katie Erwin scored the first two goals of the match in the first 28 minutes and Olivia Cooke added the third on a penalty kick. Erwin was named CUSA Offensive Player of the Week for her performance, the third weekly honor of her career.
- The Lady Toppers have notched five shutouts this season. Their 55.6 percent shutout percentage is the third best in CUSA and 40th nationally.
- WKU is one of four CUSA teams left unbeaten in league play so far. FIU and New Mexico State are 2-0-0 while Liberty and WKU are 1-0-0.
- Goalkeeper Maddie Davis has five clean sheets on the season, which is second in CUSA and is the 19th most in the nation.
- Erwin is the leading goal scorer for WKU this season with four on the year. Kayla Meyer is second on the team with two goals. In total, nine different Lady Toppers have scored a goal through nine matches. Other goal scorers include Ambere Barnett, Olivia Cooke, Anna Isger, Alaina Nugier, Lily Rummo, Amanda Simpson and Emily Speidel.

- The Gamecocks opened CUSA play with a 2-0 loss to Sam Houston on Sept. 17 then followed with a 3-3 tie at Louisiana Tech on Thursday.
- Jacksonville State leads CUSA in goals scored this season with 30 so far. That mark is also seventh in the nation.
- Jacksonville State has two players who have scored six goals this season in Laleh Lonteen and Naroa Domenech.
- Bailey Dean is the starting goalkeeper for the Gamecocks. She has a 1.71 goals against average on the season and has four shutouts.
