BOWLING GREEN, Fl. – Hilltopper Golf wrapped up day two of the Allstate Streamsong Invitational. The Tops currently sit in ninth on the leaderboard, finishing with a 5-under 287 on the day.
Redshirt junior Nic Hofman led the way for the Tops today as he finds himself currently tied for 25th. Hofman shot up the board 13 spots after posting a 3-under 70 score in round two, including a six-birdie round. Hofman is also leading the tournament in Par 3's.
A seven-birdie round two allowed Luke Fuller to improve 19 spots as well. Fuller is currently tied with fellow Hilltoppers Riley Grindstaff, Connery Meyer, and Stephen Warren for 34th overall. Grindstaff shot an even-par 73 on the day, while Meyer and Warren each posted a 1-over 74. Their overall scores sit at 146.
Meyer is currently fourth in total overall pars for the tournament while Hofman is seventh in total birdies.
WKU will tee off its final round at 8:30 a.m. CT on Wednesday morning.
