BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — WKU men's basketball returns home on Saturday, Nov. 18 and will host Kentucky State at 7 p.m. CT at E.A. Diddle Arena in Bowling Green, Ky. The Hilltoppers enter the game with a 2-1 record following a road victory over Murray State on Tuesday.

The 2023-24 CampaignÂ
Game three of the 2023-24 season saw WKU post an 86-81 victory over Murray State to secure a second win on the year. Don McHenry and Dontaie Allen led the effort for the Tops with 22 points and 18 points respectively. Khristian Lander finished as the team's third-leading scorer with 12 points, all coming in the second period, and Brandon Newman charted a team high of seven rebounds to go with 11 points, 2 steals and an assist.
Tyrone Marshall Jr. led the team in minutes played (29 min) while once again serving as a versatile presence for WKU on both ends of the court – recording 3 points, 3 rebounds, 2 blocks, 1 assist and 1 steal. Rodney Howard finished the night with 10 points and 3 rebounds.

The Hilltoppers are 2-0 all time facing Kentucky State. WKU hosted the Thorobreds a season ago and posted a 121-61 victory at Diddle Arena.Â
