BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Perfect Game released its "Top JUCO to Four-Year School Transfers" featuring the top 50 JUCO prospects to sign to four-year collegiate programs with three WKU Baseball newcomers on the list.
 
UTL Brady Browning clocked in at No. 38 while RHP Zach Dueñas came in at No. 44, and OF Ethan Lizama made it at No. 49. You can find the full list on perfectgame.org or click here. 
 
"WKU Baseball is just trying to make strides to sign the best talent possible that fits us in so many facets of our program. Each one of these guys are great kids, strong students, and very talented. We feel this is just the beginning of our time here in building this program up," said head coach Marc Rardin. "I can't say enough about the tremendous job our recruiting coordinator, coach [Rob] Fournier, and our pitching coach, coach [Dillon] Napoleon did working tirelessly on this first class we signed and brought in."
 
From Madison, Fla. utility guy Brady Browning comes to WKU after one season at Chipola College where he notched a .305 / .468 / .609 slash line in 44 games played with 11 home runs, 38 RBI, 40 runs scored, and six stolen bases in the 2023 season.
 
A 6'10, right-handed pitcher from Alton, Illinois, Zach Dueñas comes to The Hill after finishing up his second year at Olney Central College with a 4-1 record in five starts for the Knights. Dueñas posted a 7.66 ERA in 24.2 innings pitched with 34 strikeouts in 2023.
 
After two years at Gulf Coast State College, outfielder Ethan Lizama joins the Hilltoppers after two years at Gulf Coast State college where he recorded a .299 / .394 / .599 slash line with 12 home runs, 52 RBI, 37 runs scored, and three stolen bases last spring.
 
Following its best season in recent history, the Tops have added 36 newcomers to the 45-man roster. 27 of the 36 newcomers come from either JUCO or Division II schools with the remaining nine coming out of high school or transferring in from Power Five programs.
