BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Men's and Women's Cross Country programs at WKU will be staying close to home this weekend, as they travel up north to Louisville to run at the Cardinals' annual race.
The 21st Annual Live in Lou Cross Country Classic will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, at E. P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park. The women's race distance is 5,000 meters and the men's race 8,000 meters.
The men's squad race at 9:45 a.m. CT, followed by the women at 10:30 a.m. CT.
139 other colleges and high schools will be in participation. Live timing will be available on Flash Results, while live streaming will be on FloTrack.
After Louisville, the Hilltoppers run in one more regular season meet before the conference championships. WKU will head to UAB to run in the Blazer Classic October 14.
