WKU Notes
- WKU will take on Old Dominion in the first round of the C-USA Tournament on Tuesday. The winner of the game will play North Texas on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.
- In the last month, the Lady Toppers have become well-traveled. WKU has traveled over 5,800 miles between games at Rice (Feb. 12 and 13), FIU (Feb. 26 and 27), Old Dominion (March 4 and 5) and the C-USA Tournament
- The Lady Toppers played Old Dominion just last week in Norfolk. The Monarchs swept WKU with a pair of two-point victories
- On Monday, a trio of Lady Toppers were named to C-USA Teams. Raneem Elgedawy was tabbed All-Conference First Team, Meral Abdelgawad was named to the All-Defensive Team and Hope Sivori earned All-Freshmen Team honors
- Elgedawy is WKU's leading scorer, putting up 20.9 points per game. She also leads on the boards, getting 12.1 rebounds a game. Meral Abdelgawad is WKU's second leading scorer, scoring 10.5 points per game
- Elgedawy also leads WKU on the boards, pulling down 12.1 rebounds per game. Abdelgawad is second with a 7.6 boards per game average
- Sivori is the team's leading assist earner, averaging 4.1 dimes per game. That average ranks as the fourth best by a WKU freshman since 1977

- WKU and Old Dominion have played 28 times in series history. The Lady Toppers lead the Monarchs 17-11 all-time
- The two teams have played in conference tournaments three times – twice in C-USA and once in the Sun Belt. Most recently, the Lady Toppers defeated Old Dominion 74-60 in the 2019 C-USA Tournament quarterfinals. Overall, WKU is 3-0 against the Monarchs on a neutral court
