Leading the way for the Red and White with her third All-Conference nod, Anderson notched 387 kills through the regular season while operating at a .354 efficiency. The Sturgis, Mich., native is just as effective on the defensive side as well, owning 108 total blocks on the season – including 37 solo stuffs. Anderson owns the third-most blocks by a Lady Topper in program history as she enters her final postseason with 437. Back in August, the middle hitter was tabbed the Conference USA Preseason Player of the Year and was later on selected as a Senior CLASS Award Candidate. Anderson has led the Red and White in kills 20 matches this season and in blocks 16 times.

Going from walk on to All-Conference selection, Cerino has been deservingly recognized for her contributions to the WKU Volleyball squad this season. Naturally a rightside hitter, Cerino saw an extended amount of time out on the left as the Lady Toppers tried to find a lineup that best suited their abilities and availability. From her natural position, Cerino worked at a scorching .329 offensive clip with a rate of .300 or better in 13-of-19 matches on the right. The Brentwood, Tenn., native collected a C-USA Player of the Week honor after an outstanding WKU Tournament showing that earn her MVP recognition. Cerino has also been lethal from the service line for the Lady Toppers with 41 aces on the year.

Playing in all 112 sets just like Anderson and Cerino, Frederick anchored the Red and White's backline throughout her debut season and earned an All-Freshman Team nod for her efforts. Midway through the season, the second generation Lady Topper assumed libero responsibilities and never looked back, leading WKU in digs in 15 of 17 matches since the move. Frederick owns 385 digs on the season, good for a 3.44 digs per set average along with 73 assists and 21 service aces.

Despite her freshman campaign getting off to a slow start following an injury, Matthews was able to make up for lost time and earned a spot on the league's All-Freshman squad. Across her 19 matches of action, the Indianapolis, Ind., native owns 178 kills while operating at a .275 rate. Matthews, a natural middle, has taken reps on the pins when called upon this season. She notched 56 blocks – 23 solo – through the regular season to chip in 2.90 points per set for the Lady Toppers.

Frederick and Matthews are the first Lady Topper rookies to earn All-Freshman Team recognition since Anderson collected the laurel back in 2015. The only other WKU players to land on the team are Alyssa Cavanaugh and Jessica Lucas.
