As a Freshman (2018): Conference USA All-Freshman Team selection...Led WKU in digs in 19 matches...Drew 27 starts with 18 at libero to close the season...Played all 30 matches and 117 sets...Led the Lady Toppers with 398 digs (3.40/set) on the season - ranked seventh in Conference USA...Notched 74 assists and 21 aces...Recorded a .926 serve-receive rating and a .931 service mark...Four 20+ dig performances including a season-best 23 in WKU's win over FIU...24 double-digit dig outings.
High School: Two-time state champion with Assumption HS (Ky.)...Helped the squad win the district championship from 2015-17...AVCA Under Armour High School All-American...All-District selection in 2016...PrepVolleyball.com Defensive Dandy first team Gym Dandy selection.
Personal: The daughter of George and Cindy Frederick...Has two older siblings, Ryan and Logan...Her mother, Cindy, played collegiate volleyball at WKU under Charlie Daniel from 1985-87...Frederick is the first second-generation player in Lady Topper Volleyball history.
