BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Western Kentucky University (10-4-2, 5-1-2) returns to the friendly confines of the WKU Soccer Complex for the final time in 2012 to face North Texas.
With just two weeks left in the regular season, WKU is still fighting for positioning in the seeding for the upcoming Sun Belt Conference Tournament. WKU can finish no higher than third in the league standings, but will play a major part in who is the top two seeds in the upcoming tournament as both teams are on the WKU schedule in the final two weeks of the season.
In a pregame ceremony, WKU will honor five senior student-athletes. Amanda Buechel (Cincinnati, Ohio), Lauren Crowder (Germantown, Tenn.), Ali Stahlke (Naperville, Ill.), Courtney Rymer (Nashville, Tenn.) and Christen Sims (Madison, Ala.) will be recognized for their contributions to the program during one of the most successful times in the program's history.
