The second annual WKU Football Family Fun Day, highlighted by games, giveaways, autographs and fan interaction with all WKU players and the entire Hilltopper coaching staff, takes place this Saturday from noon – 3:00 p.m. on the field at Houchens Industries – L.T. Smith Stadium. Fans can also meet Big Red, the WKU cheerleaders and Topperettes.
Parking and admission are free, and concessions will be open for the duration of the event. The first 500 fans will receive free Pepsi products and popcorn. Games include multiple inflatables, face painting, balloon art and a dunk tank. Free WKU posters and autograph cards will be available, and all players and coaches will sign autographs from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Fans may also purchase season and single-game tickets.
The NFL Punt, Pass and Kick contest also takes place and is available at no charge to all children ages 6-15. You may register on-line at NFLPPK.com. ESPN Radio (1450 am) will broadcast live from noon – 1:30 p.m.
