Venue/Facility Information:

Venue Name:	Houchens Industries L.T. Smith Stadium
Event Day Hours:	Four hours prior to kickoff.
Will Call Policy:	Gates will open 1½ hours prior to kickoff. Will Call, player guest entrance, and visiting team guest entrance, are located at Gate 4. Photo ID is required to pick up tickets. Will Call closes at halftime.
Venue Policy:	Everyone age 3 and above requires a ticket for admittance. Children age 2 and under are free as long as they do not require a seat. No outside food or drink allowed.
Lost tickets:	Contact the ticket office in E.A. Diddle Arena Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at (800) 5-BIG-RED to request reprints.

Event Day Hours:	The ticket office will operate under normal business hours during weekday games. Gates and ticket booths will open 1 hour prior to event start time.
Will Call Policy:	Will Call and pass lists are located at Entrance 4 and will open 1 hour prior to the event. Photo ID is required to pick up tickets held at Will Call. The player guest entrance is also located at Entrance 4. Will Call closes at halftime.
Venue Policy:	Everyone age 3 and above requires a ticket for admittance. Children age 2 and under are free as long as they do not require a seat. No outside food or drink allowed. Only Red Towel and Courtside ticket holders are able to access their seats from the floor level. All other ticket holders must access their seats via elevators or stairs.
