Terrion Thompson joined the WKU Football coaching staff in the spring of 2025. He currently serves in a Quality Control – Defensive Line role with the Hilltoppers.
Thompson joined the coaching staff after a five-year playing career at WKU. He appeared in 47 games for the Hilltoppers on the defensive line. He collected 75 total tackles, with 11 tackles for loss and six sacks. He also posted two fumble recoveries. He played in each of the program's games over his final season at WKU, after originally arriving as a walk-on.
Thompson is a Bowling Green native and attending Bowling Green High School, where he was a four-year starter for the football team.
