Robert Frank joined WKU is September 2025 as the Assistant Athletic Director for Business Operations.
In his current role, Frank is responsible for monitoring and communicating budget analytics with unit and sport leadership, as well as formulating budget recommendations for department leadership.
Frank comes to The Hill with an extensive background in the corporate environment. He has served as the Executive Vice President/Operating Officer at Rawlings Sporting Goods, the Vice President of Latin American Operations for Lee Apparel Group and the Chief Executive Officer of Bible League International. In his previous roles, Frank has been responsible for operational and financial health and execution of business across all departments.
Frank has been named a Who's Who of American Professionals, a Distinguished Alumni of Oklahoma Military Academy and has received Association of Certified Texans recognition.
Frank received a BA in Business Management from Oklahoma Military Academy and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
Frank is a native of Wichita Falls, Texas. He is married to Teresa Frank and has two children – daughter, Brandy Lasiter, and son, Travis Frank.
