Lily Critchelow is a Graduate Assistant for Student-Athlete Development & NIL.
In her role, she assists with managing the CLIMB Program, a comprehensive program designed to help student-athletes grow and capitalize on their brands as name, image and likeness. She also helps coordinate career development and life skills programming and oversees the tracking of student-athlete community service hours.
Critchelow began working for WKU Athletics in August 2024 and interned for Student-Athlete Development & NIL in Fall 2025. She was also a Graduate Assistant for the WKU Sports Management Program in Spring 2026.
Critchelow is from Breckinridge County, Kentucky. Critchelow graduated in December 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management and a minor in facility and event management from WKU. In her current role, she is pursuing a master’s in intercollegiate athletic administration.
