Lamb serves as the Assistant Director of Development for WKU Athletics, where he helps lead the HAF in annual giving while cultivating and stewarding major gift prospects to support the continued growth of Hilltopper Athletics. In his role, he develops meaningful relationships with alumni, donors, and supporters through strategic fundraising initiatives, premium seating, and personalized engagement, helping advance the mission of WKU Athletics.
Prior to WKU, Lamb served as a Graduate Assistant with the Mountaineer Athletic Club at West Virginia University, where he supported major donor renewal campaigns, outbound fundraising initiatives, stewardship events, and game-day premium seating operations. He also gained development experience as an intern with the Oklahoma State University Posse Club, assisting with donor engagement, fundraising events, and athletic development operations.
A former collegiate football student-athlete at Centre College, Lamb earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 2023 and a Master of Science in Executive Sport Management from West Virginia University in 2025.
