Laska joined WKU Athletics as a Ticketing Graduate Assistant in June of 2026. In his role, Laska oversees student workers at the WKU Ticket Office, while helping with ticket sales and management for the athletic programs. He also helps oversee all six of the ticketed sports here at WKU.
Previously, Laska worked with Worthington Kilbourne High School (WKHS) as an Event Manager from 2024 to 2026 and worked in the Ohio State Athletic Ticket Office as a Student Assistant from 2025 to 2026.
While at WKHS he helped set up and break down the athletic events, help ensure the event runs smoothly, and be the primary point of contact for athletes, parents, coaches, and referees. At Ohio State he worked as a customer service agent, helped troubleshoot, dealt with will-call management,
and ticket management for all ticketed sports.
A native of Avon Lake, Ohio, Laska graduated from The Ohio State University in 2024 with a bachelor's in Sports Industry and completed a master's in sport management from Ohio State in 2025. Laska is the son of Marykay and Mark Laska and has two older sisters, Emily and Molly, as well as two
nieces (Adelaide and Lucy) and a nephew (Timmy).
