Benji Stewart has served as the Assistant Athletic Director of Development with the Hilltopper Athletic Foundation since the summer of 2025.
In his role, Stewart is responsible for development and fundraising activities and initiatives through the Hilltopper Athletic Foundation. He helps to secure major gifts and annual fund revenue, while building relationships with current and future WKU donors.
Stewart came to The Hill after working as the Annual Gifts Officer at the University of Mississippi. Prior to that, he worked for 10 years as an account executive for Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits.
Stewart completed an undergraduate degree in Finance at the University of Mississippi in 2009 and completed an MBA at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2011.
