As a Junior (2011): Named AVCA All-America Honorable Mention, first team All-South Region, first-team All-Sun Belt Conference and Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year…Saw action in all 119 sets this season and was the only player in the Sun Belt to rank among the top 10 in kills, digs
and service aces…Finished the season leading WKU with 454 kills, second with 407 digs and third with 87 blocks…Averaged 3.82 kill and 3.42 digs per set…Recorded 21 double-doubles in 2011 and had 30 matches with double-digit kills and 24 with double-digit digs…Her 3.82 kills per set and 1,168 total attempts both rank among the top 10 in program history for a single season…In a win against Xavier, she fi nished one kill shy of the school record with a career-best 30 kills…Is one of only four players in school history to record at least 30 kills in a match…With 20 kills against MTSU on Nov. 11, totaled 1,000 kills for her career…Named the Sports Imports/AVCA Division I National Player of the Week and the CVU.com National Player of the Week on September 13…Also named to the Sun Belt Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player after she tallied 40 kills and 36 digs...Earned Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week honors on September 12 and Defensive Player of the Week honors on November 7…Named to both the WKU and Kentucky Classic All-Tournament teams…Tallied 13 kills and 10 digs against Marquette in the NCAA Tournament.
As a Sophomore (2010): Named to the All-Sun Belt Conference first team after finishing the 2010 season ranking second among Lady Toppers with a career-high 351 digs (2.97 per set) and third on the team with 298 kills (2.53 per set)…Also recorded 61 blocks, ranking fourth on the team, while tallying 36 service aces, good for the second-best total among WKU…Finished second on the team with 87 assists…Tallied double-digit kills in 11 matches with a season-high 16 against Louisiana-Lafayette in the first round of the SBC Tournament…Named to the SBC All-Tournament team after leading WKU with 35 kills and 28 digs in the three matches...Collected 10 kills, eight digs and a .346 hitting percentage in NCAA Tournament match vs. Cincinnati…Recorded double-digit digs in 18 matches with a season-high 17 against No. 23 Cincinnati and in 10 matches against conference opponents… Posted three double-doubles on the season…Named to the Xavier Invitational and WKU Tournament all-tournament teams.
As a Freshman (2009): Made an impact immediately in her first season on The Hill, as she was one of only four Lady Toppers to participate in all 126 sets in 2009, leading the team with 304 kills…Also finished second in total digs with 280, just behind fellow freshman Sarah Rogers…Posted 53 total blocks, including 21 solo blocks on the year, to go along with 31 service aces, good for fourth best on the team…Finished the season with double-digit kills in 11 different matches, including a season-high 20 kills against IUPUI.
High School: At Grand Rapids South Christian High School, she was named to the All-State team twice...Was named All-Region and All-Area two times...Picked up three All-Conference honors...Was named a Prepvolleyball.com All-American in 2007 and 2008...Was honored as one of the 10 finalists in the state of Michigan for the coveted Michigan Miss Volleyball Award...Chosen as one of the Top 50 recruits in the 2009 class by Prepvolleyball.com...Also a standout in basketball and soccer.
