High School: Delacher was a four-year member of Rockford High School varsity volleyball and surpassed 3,000 assists during her time. Named AVCA All-American Honorable Mention in 2025 and was named to the All-State, All-Region, and All-Conference teams all three years and was runner-up in the state championship match in All-Region, and All-Conference teams all three years and was runner-up in the state championship match in 2025. Delacher finished her prep career with 3,571 assists, 309 kills, 942 digs, and 164 service aces. Played for MVA Rise for five years beginning in 2021 and was named to the JVA Watchlist.
