2025-26 (R-Freshman): Einess posted a 9-12 record in singles play during her first season with the Lady Toppers in 2026... She played all singles matches at the No. 1 position... Einess had singles wins over NKU, UT Southern, Southern Indiana, UNC-Asheville, Butler, SEMO, Tennessee State and Campbellsville... Einess was 8-10 in doubles action... She was 6-6 at the No. 3 doubles position, and added a win each at the No. 1 and No. 2 positions... Einess had doubles wins over NKU, UT Southern, Butler, Belmont, Tennessee State, Campbellsville and Sam Houston... Einess was named to the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and received the CUSA Commissioner's Academic Medal.
2024-25 (Freshman): Played at Seton Hall... Einess posted a 5-1 record in spring dual matches, competing at the No. 3, 4, 5 and 6 positions with victories over Saint Joseph's, Sacred Heart, Hofstra, Georgetown and Monmouth.
HS/Misc.: Prepped at Breck School in Minnesota... Finished her career with 47 consecutive matches and 115 games won in a row... Einess was a two-time Class A Girls Tennis Singles high school state champion... She also made the championship match as a sophomore... She was ranked No. 1 in the state of Minnesota... Einess was The Minnesota Star Tribune's Metro Girls Tennis Player of the Year.
