Prior to WKU: Played four seasons at Viera High School on the varsity squad and was the starting goalkeeper for three seasons...She led her team to a Cape Coast conference championship, three district championships, two regional championships and two final four appearances in the state championship...She is a two-time All-Cape Coast Conference first teamer and played in the FACA All-Star Game her senior season...Over her high school career, Mix had a 0.645 goals against average and had over 250 saves...Mix also played with the Florida Kraze Krush for three seasons at the club level.
