2023 (Senior): Named to the CUSA All-Academic First Team and the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team…Earned the CUSA Spirit of Service Award…Recognized as the fall 2023 Ogden Foundation Scholar, the top undergraduate academic award at WKU…Played in 15 games and got the starting nod in 13…Notched an assist against Siena…Played a major part on the backline that shutout 50 percent of its opponents, which was the 36th best percentage in the country…The defense also had a 0.833 goals against average for the season which was the second best mark in CUSA.
2022 (Junior): Played in 18 matches with the Lady Toppers, starting in 14...Made a position change to play in the back...Part of a backline that held opponents to just 12 goals in the regular season and notched a 0.895 goals against average for the season which led C-USA...The defense also posted eight shutouts on the season.
2021 (Sophomore): Played in 14 matches for WKU in 2021, getting the starting nod 11 times…Scored in the first game of the season against Austin Peay…Got off three shots against the Governors…Notched 10 shots on the season, putting four on goal...Earned the C-USA Commissioner's Academic Medal and was named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll for the 2021-22 academic year.
2020-21 (Freshman): Started in all 12 matches of the season…Had the second most goals on the team with four on the season…Also finished in second in points with nine…Had the most game-winning goals on the squad with three on the season…Had a two-goal performance in only her second match ever as a collegiate player against Southern Illinois…Netted the game-winner against Louisville in the opening minutes of the match…Notched the game-winner against UAB in the C-USA Championship to help WKU advance in the tournament for the first time since joining the league…Earned the C-USA Commissioner's Academic Medal in 2020-21...Named to the 2020-21 C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Named to the President’s List in the fall and spring semesters.
Prior to WKU: Hopkins had a highly successful high school career, racking up 23 goals and 26 assists as a midfielder. She was named All-State First Team, All-District First Team, All-SIAC Second Team, All-City First Team, Academic All-City and Academic All-State. She was also selected for the All-American Watchlist. She led her team to an Indiana 2A State Championship along with a regional championship and a sectional championship. She was selected to the Indiana ODP State Team and participated in the ODP Regional Holdover Camp. On the club side, she played with Indiana Fire Juniors South winning an Indiana State Championship and finishing as runners-up three times. She also played with Indiana Fire Juniors and FC Pride out of Indianapolis. With the Pride, she and the team were the North American Cup ECNL runners-up.
