Erin Keith is in her second season as a graduate assistant for the Lady Topper Basketball program in 2015-16. WKU went 30-5 with a conference tournament and regular season title during Keith's first season on the Hill.
Keith came to WKU after serving the last previous two seasons as an assistant coach at Warren Central High School, including a regional tournament appearance during the 2012-13 season. She also served as a Special Education Assistant at the school.
Keith played three seasons at Kentucky Wesleyan from 2008-09 through 2010-11 before serving as a student assistant during the 2011-12 season. As a freshman, Keith earned the team's Most Improved Player Award while leading the team in three-point shooting at 37.0 percent. As a sophomore, she averaged 3.7 points and 1.3 rebounds per contest.
While at North Bullitt High School, Keith was named a Courier-Journal All-State honorable mention selection following her senior season in 2007-08. Starting five seasons for head coach Bill Robinette, Keith shot 48.4 percent from the field, 34.2 percent from three-point arc and 67.8 percent from the foul line. As a senior, she averaged 12.5 points, 4.8 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 2.0 steals in 27 starts.
Keith earned all-region recognition twice, all-district honors three times and all-county in four seasons. She set several school records, including career assists (566), games played (136) and finished second in steals (244), fourth in scoring (1,157) and hit 90 three-point field goals.
She also excelled on the softball field as a five-year starter for North Bullitt, playing second base and in the outfield.
Keith earned her degree in Fitness and Sports Management from Kentucky Wesleyan in May of 2012. She is currently working on a Masters Degree in Special Education, Learning and Behavior Disorders from the University of the Cumberlands while beginning a Masters Degree in Sports Administration from WKU.
