HS/Misc.: Minnis came to WKU after prepping at Eustis High in Florida. As a senior, he recorded 88 total tackles, with 19.5 tackles for loss and three sacks. He also had an interception and three fumble recoveries helping his team to a 7-4 record and a berth in the Class 2S playoffs.
