2015 (Fr.): Vollmer redshirted his first season on The Hill.
HS/Misc.: Vollmer was a consistent threat in the passing game under head coach Todd Yoder at Calvary Christian High School in Clearwater, Florida. He finished second on the team in receptions and receiving yards in 2014 to help the Warriors to a playoff appearance. That campaign followed a junior season where he led Calvary Christian in receptions (26), receiving yards (395) and tied for the most receiving touchdowns with three. For his high school career, Vollmer finished with 44 catches for 752 yards and four trips to the endzone, while also recording a 17.1 yards per catch average.
