2019 (Fr.): Smith redshirted his first season on The Hill.
HS/Misc.: Smith played for Seminoles' head coach Jarrett Laws. Had a sensational season as a senior, grabbing 50 receptions for 914 yards and nine touchdowns to go along with five conversions. In his prep career, he had 76 receptions for 1,473 yards - an average of 19.4 yards - and 14 touchdowns. He played in the 2018 Elite Raw Talent All-American Bowl. Rated as a three-star with an 85 composite score by 247Sports, ranking 99th overall in the state and 131st nationally as a wide receiver. He chose WKU over South Carolina, South Florida, Middle Tennessee, Miami (Ohio), Marshall, Florida Atlantic, FIU, Appalachian State, Tulane, Troy and UAB.
