2016 (r-Fr.) | 8/0: Horton saw action in eight games as a redshirt freshman including the first two games to open the season vs. Rice and at No. 1 Alabama. He tallied two tackles on the year, both coming against Old Dominion as a solo and assisted tackle.
2015 (Fr.): Horton redshirted his first season on The Hill.
HS/Misc.: Horton prepped at Louisville’s DuPont Manual High School for coach Oliver Lucas, earned Courier-Journal All-State Second Team Associated Press All-State honorable mention honors during his senior campaign. He tallied 62 tackles (49 solo) on the season and a team-high 13 tackles for loss, eight of which were also a team-high in sacks. Horton also had one PBU, forced and recovered one fumble. Horton was a participant in the Best of the Bluegrass All-Star game and is rated the No. 20 prospect in the state by 247sports.com
