2015 (r-So.): Jones saw action in one game as a redshirt sophomore, appearing in the Miami (Ohio) victory at home.
2014 (r-Fr.): Jones appeared in five games in the 2014 season. He tallied a pair of tackles in his debut at FAU. Jones posted one tackle in a win over UTSA.
2013 (Fr.): Jones redshirted during his first season on The Hill.
HS/Misc.: Jones prepped at Chattahoochee County High School for coach Josh Kemp, earning 2012 Ledger-Enquirer All-Bi-City football team honorable mention honors. He was also named to the AA Region 5 second team by MaxPreps.com. Jones tallied 81 tackles (41 solo), 13 tackles for loss and three sacks as a senior.
