Before WKU: Aronokhale was at Ohio University for the previous two seasons; he redshirted in 2019 and then did not compete in 2020. Originally from Innsbruck – the capitol of Austria's western state of Tyrol – he came to the United States for his junior year of high school. Went to the Linsly School in Wheeling, W.Va., where he was named Outstanding Lineman of the Year and was the Block of Granite winner as a senior in 2018. Did not allow a sack en route to earning First Team All-Ohio Valley Athletic Conference honors in 2017.
