2018 (r-So.) | 9/5: Duncan started in five games and appeared in nine total as a redshirt sophomore. He completed 108-of-187 passing attempts (58%) for 1,071 yards and nine touchdowns, compared to only seven interceptions. He also added 74 rushing attempts for 192 yards and two touchdowns. Duncan threw for over 200 yards on three occasions; 214 yards on Nov. 17 vs. UTEP, 228 yards on Nov. 10 at Florida Atlantic and a career-high 263 yards on Sept. 29 vs. Marshall. In a relief outing on Sept. 22 at Ball State, Duncan played the entire second half and led the Hilltoppers to a 28-20 victory after being down 13-7 with 18 minutes remaining. In that game against the Cardinals, he went 12-for-16 (75%) for 94 yards passing and threw a career-high two touchdown passes, while also adding six rushing attempts for a career-high 55 yards, including a long rush of 27 yards. Duncan also had a pair of passing scores on Nov. 17 vs. UTEP and at least one touchdown pass in 7-of-9 games. He had one rushing touchdown on Sept. 29 vs. Marshall and another on Oct. 27 vs. FIU. Duncan’s long pass completion of the season was a 60 yarder to Jacquez Sloan, late in the fourth quarter on Sept. 29 vs. Marshall. His longest touchdown pass of the season was a 46 yarder to Lucky Jackson in the third quarter on Nov. 2 at Middle Tennessee.
2017 (r-Fr.) | 1/0: Duncan appeared in his first game as a Hilltopper on Oct. 14 vs. Charlotte. He completed 2-of-2 pass attempts for two yards during a fourth-quarter drive.
2016 (Fr.): Duncan redshirted his first season on The Hill.
HS/Misc.: Duncan prepped at Ashley Ridge High School under coach Kenneth Walker. As a senior, Duncan threw for over 3,000 yards and connected on 26 touchdown passes and was named to the All-Lowcountry second team. In 2014, the QB recorded 2,589 passing yards and 29 touchdowns. Duncan is ranked as a two-star prospect by Scout.com, Rivals.com and ESPN.com. Duncan was the first player from his high school to sign a scholarship to play at the FBS level.
