Meghan Reider joined the WKU Football staff in March of 2022 as the Director of Recruiting Operations.Â
Reider previously served as the Director of Football Operations/On-Campus Recruiter/Pro-Liaison at Wofford College. While there, she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the football program which included managing team travel logistics, budgets, organizing official and unofficial visits and serving as the liaison to the compliance office. During the 2021 season, Reider coached the scout team offense in an interim role for a short stint, making her the first female to hold a football coaching role in the Southern Conference.

Prior to her time at Wofford, Reider was a Recruiting Operations Assistant at Northwestern University during the 2018 and ’19 seasons, during which the Wildcats won the 2018 Holiday Bowl. While at Northwestern, she organized itineraries for prospects visits and coordinated travel details for coaches recruiting tours. Reider graduated from Valparaiso University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management while also serving as the Assistant Director of Football Operations during her four yeas as a student.  Â
