Duvall was a "Best of the Bluegrass" and Kentucky/Tennessee Border Bowl All-Star and was also named the Owensboro Messenger-Inquirer's Defensive Player of the Year. Duvall was a two-star prospect from Rivals.com, Scout.com, and 247Sports.com and the No. 13 player in Kentucky by Scout.com. According to 247Sports.com, Duvall ranked as the No. 116 defensive end prospect in the nation and the No. 23 player overall in Kentucky.
