2013 (Fr.):
Allen redshirted his first season on The Hill. He spent time fulfilling his duties as the first Boys and Girls[apos] Club of America[apos]s Military Youth of the Year, given annually to BGCA youth[apos]s who served on military installations, demonstrating academic success while making outstanding contributions to his family, school, community, BGCA youth center. Allen met personally with the President of the United States, Barack Obama, as well as delivering a game ball with Frank Robinson at the 2013 MLB World Series.
HS/Misc.:
Allen was a three-sport star at Fort Knox High School, playing for coach Shawn Thompson. Allen played basketball and baseball as well. On the gridiron, Allen was a two-way player, both at tight end and defensive end.
