2024 (r-So.) | 14/0: Patterson played in all 14 games for the Hilltoppers during the 2024 season, adding depth along the offensive line. He finished the season with 21 total tackles, including 4.5 for loss and 0.5 sacks, and he also posted one quarterback hurry. Patterson recorded multiple tackles in seven games, and recorded tackles for loss against Eastern Kentucky on Sept. 7, against UTEP on Oct. 10, against Louisiana Tech on Nov. 16 and against Jax State in both the Nov. 30 regular-season finale and the Dec. 6 Conference USA Championship Game.
2023 (r-Fr.) | 11/0: Patterson appeared in 11 games during his second season with the program and provided depth at defensive end. He tallied five tackles on the year, including a season-high two in WKU's win over Sam Houston on Nov. 18, and one quarterback hurry.
2022 (Fr.) | 3/0: Patterson appeared in three games during his freshman season on The Hill. He made three tackles in WKU's 73-0 win over FIU. Patterson will use a redshirt year to retain his freshman eligibility.
HS/Misc.: Prepped at Sandalwood High School in Crestview, Fla. Rated as a three-star recruit by ESPN. Chose WKU over an offer from Central Michigan.
