2019 (r-Fr): Occiur did not see any time as a redshirt freshman for WKU.
2018 (Fr.): Occiur redshirted the 2018 season while recovering from an injury sustained during fall camp.
HS/Misc.: Occiur played for head coach L.D. Anderson at Northeast High School, and was an Honor Roll student off the field for the Hurricanes. He had 146 tackles, two defensive touchdowns, two blocked punts and two forced fumbles in his sophomore and junior seasons combined. He was rated as a three-star with an 81 composite score by 247Sports, ranking 158th nationally at his position and 295th overall in the state. He chose WKU over Florida Atlantic and Appalachian State.
