HS/Misc.: Brown prepped at Blackman High School in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where he was rated as a three-star prospect by Rivals, 247Sports, and ESPN. He was rated the No. 14 prospect in his class by Rivals and 247Sports. Brown was a versatile two-way player at the high school level. As a senior, he caught 74 passes for 1,229 yards and 18 touchdowns and rushed for 214 yards and five touchdowns on 28 carries offensively, while tallying 62 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, and two interceptions on defense. He also returned 14 kicks for 248 yards as a senior. As a junior in 2021, he caught 69 passes for 1,144 yards and 11 touchdowns.
