2025 (r-Jr.) | 11/0: Fletcher appeared in 11 games during his first season on The Hill. He recorded 17 total tackles, with two tackles for loss and 0.5 sacks. Fletcher had six games with multiple tackles, including a season-high three tackles in three games – at Missouri State on Sept. 27, against FIU on Oct. 14 and against Southern Miss on Dec. 23 in the New Orleans Bowl.
Before WKU: Fletcher made the move to WKU after spending four seasons at Alabama State. The defensive tackle played in 20 games over the last three seasons for the Hornets, with his most productive season coming in 2024. He played in 12 games and recorded 40 tackles and one forced fumble that season. He appeared in five games with five tackles the year prior, and had one tackle in three games in 2022. He did not see any action in 2021.
